| 1 | Two stamp size photograph submit with admission form |
| 2 | Person with criminal record or bad character will not be accepted for martial arts training. |
| 3 | Students must be present at the starting time of 7 pm in the karate class |
| 4 | Student should develop patience,good manners & respect for every one |
| 5 | During Karate practice. If any Accident takes place for that,Association or the Karate Instructors are not responsible.Students have to practice on their own risk. |
| 6 | Monthly fee should be paid before 10th of every month,late fee will be charged Rs. 10/- as a fine. |
| 7 | Student have to pay fee for every month even if they remain absent for that particular month |
| 8 | After every 4 month the belt exam will be taken by association,and it is compulsory for all the students to attend the belt exam |
| 9 | Fees once paid for belt exam,tournament and camp etc.. will not be refunded if the student fail to attend |
| 10 | All boys should keep small hair,girls must tie their hair,short nails,clean dress,any ornaments are not allowed during practice. |
| 11 | Person who use Martial art unnecessarily on any occasion for selfish or to discredit the name of their class,will be expelled from Association. |
